Further info on Coaching sessions and various Instruments used:

  • 60 Mins Coaching Session only – This will involve general coaching and guidance by our Young Adult specialist, depending on your specific needs.
  • 90 Mins Coaching Session (Individual or Family) – Design the family you want. Family coaching can help participants to create partnerships within their family that will help them experience and produce fulfilling results. Family Coaching can help clients improve decision making, deepen learning and enhance the quality of their life.
  • NBI-Brain Profile with Feedback – Our personal thinking preferences begin to develop during childhood years. They manifest in the ways in which children prefer to learn and study. In today’s competitive world, education has become more important than ever, and the NBI® can help children gain the mental whole-brain edge they need to become successful, well-adjusted adults. By identifying the personal thinking preferences of children, parents, and teachers, learning can be tailored to achieve successful results. Study methods and learning environments can be adapted to create the ideal space for learning. Conflict will be reduced as communication becomes more effective. Click here to find out more!
  • Myers Briggs Personality Test- The MBTI® assessment was designed to help people understand personality differences in the general population. While there are no “better” or “worse” personality preferences, the MBTI assessment can help people understand their strengths and blind spots and how they might differ from others. Personality types are useful for recognising how we lead, influence, communicate, collaborate, negotiate business and manage stress.
  • Big 5 Personality Test- The Big Five evaluates personality by measuring—as the name suggests—five personality traits: openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism, each on a continuous scale. Studies have shown it that it effectively predicts behaviour, and the test is often used in academic psychological personality research. People who score higher in conscientiousness tend to work harder, for example, while more neurotic personalities are more prone to anxiety and depression.
  • Whole Brain Profile and Discover Your Career – An academic strengths screening and career guidance focusing on interests, personality and thinking style profiles to assist the learner with the correct subjects to choose for Grade 9-12 as well as an appropriate career path/qualification to pursue after having completed Grade 12. The World of Work and various study options are also highlighted and discussed. https://www.facebook.com/DiscoverYourCareerVakkeuses
